Exam & Diagnosis

Each patient will have an exam. Exams are either:

 

• Complete exams which are done once each 1-2 years. These include:

• Complete set of X-rays

• Gum evaluation

• Examining tooth caries

• Thorough exam in function of the actual condition of the mouth

• Evaluation of dental restorations, appliances

• Generate a needed treatment plan

Periodic (recall) exams which are commonly known as ‘checkups’ and are done every 6-9 months

• Minimum set of X-Rays

• General evaluation of the oral structure

• Examining for tooth caries
